Duck Crossing SOLD (Click here to view results on eBay)



This is one of the first scenes I saw as I walked into Central Park for the first time. It was near the Bow Bridge and right around the corner is the Bethesda Fountain that I think I'm going to paint next. There's at least 20 compositions in that little area alone including street musicians and lilly ponds. Click on the image for a larger view.

It's Paul Hollstein...just thought I'd check out your website. Dad and I wanted to say thanks for the invite to watch the game with your buddies, and too bad the outcome wasn't better. Oh well, it looks like the end result will get us a new AD!

I really like the water here. Even in the thumbnail, I can see the loose impressionism. It reminds me of the water in the Monet and Renoir paintings of the floating dance floor.
