"Threatening to Jump" SOLD (Click here to view results on eBay)

I've been working on the Empire State Building piece, but it seemed so dark and moody to the point that I thought I needed to give that one a second thought. In place of that one I decided to finish this scene of the Grand Canyon. I like painting the canyon if only for the fact that I learn something new in how to paint it every time. This is yet again continuing proof of what an AWESOME painter you are.
Fantastic. The lighting, the composition, the tension, the color! Just a WOW!

I like this piece with its sense of depth and great use of natural color.
