Big Burger SOLD (Click here to bid on eBay)
This is a painting of one of Uni's big cheese burgers from here resturant and bar in Dixon Nebraska. Dixon is a quiet little town in the northeast corner of Nebraska where my wife lived when she was a little girl. Her Dad grew up there and was in the bee/honey business there with his father and brother. They don't make a better burger anywhere. Click on the image for a larger view.

Oh yum! I can TASTE it! And feel the anticipated crunch of the chips and of course those ARE dill pickles...well I wouldn't dare hang this somewhere that would make me want to eat eat eat...

This is so good. Little stories go thru my head as I admire all your food paintings. I'm sure you took fotos of them first but I imagine you sitting there in the restaurant painting away while your food gets cold!
