This is a scene of a Jackson Wyoming meadow that was looking away from the Tetons to a string of smaller mountains just south. The Tetons were in full shadow so I turned around, and this is what I saw. Click on the image for a lrger view

This was a scene I painted from a shot I took from our trip through Tahoe last year in November. Mountain lakes are a lot different from the lakes I knew of in Nebraska. These you can see underwater for 30 feet, the ones in Nebraska, 3 inches. Click on the image for a larger view.
