Here's a painting I wanted to do from life. My wife was visiting the kids out west, so I had the run of the house for a week. I was going to leave my french easle set up in our kitchen and paint from good natural light a few times, but I ended up having to clean up and leave the house twice for showings, and ended up just photographing and painting it from a digital file.
