Double Cheeseburger (Click here to view eBay results)
Before ordering the chocolate dip cone yesterday, we shared a double cheeseburger. I didn't think Dairy Queen made good cheeseburgers but man this one was great. The only thing that was weird was the steamed bun. I thought about straightening that guy out, but this wasn't for advertising so I left the wrinkles. It's actually a little subdued here. Love this Mick! Kind of a pop surrealism look to it. Never thought I'd love a cheeseburger painting but this one is so cool!
I'm here watchin' the Raiders and Seahawks on MNF, i'm feeling hungry and I see this. MMMMMMMMMM!!! Can I get a side order of fries to go with that? Nice, Mick. You got me hungry now.
It's terrific, Mick... and I know I could never have kept that in front of me long enough to paint it :)
