This is really beautiful! I love the way you captured the translucent character of the water lily, and the water on the lily pads as well. And it's so nice to see you back and painting or rather sharing your gorgeous works with us again. I do so enjoy your amazing gift, and as an artist who's been struggling to post for the last few years as well due to some pretty intense medical problems, it gives me hope to see you up here again. I can't wait to look through all your new posts - you have no idea what a gift and a joy that is!
Sincerely ~ Melissa

Melissa, Its so nice to hear words of encouragement like this. Sometimes I don't know what I should paint and how to paint it. It's sad to hear you can't paint as much as you want. I am always grateful for being able to do what I do but have never had to experience what you have had to go through for two years. I can't imagine not painting for a month! Hope you get back into it as soon as you can…and thanks agin for the compliments.
